烨辉彩涂钢板的组成

一、结构

烤漆钢板系使用镀制钢卷做为底材，先经表面处理在上下板面形成表面处理化成皮膜，再涂覆以高分子有机树脂之底漆及面漆所构成之高级烤漆钢板。每一组成界面均扮演着其独有并且重要的机能，然后汇合成烤漆钢板整体的优良质量。

Structure ColorZinc is made up of layers of metal, surface treatment, and coatings. Each layer plays an important role in producing the excellent quality of ColorZinc.

二、底材

烤漆钢板除了使用热浸镀锌 / 镀铝锌钢卷做为底材外，尚可使用冷轧、电镀锌、镀铝、不锈钢等钢卷及铝卷做为底材。镀锌钢板为底材所产出之烤漆制品称为「彩色新烤漆钢板 (ColorZinc)」，以镀5%铝锌钢板为底材所产出之制品称为「彩色凤烤漆钢板 (ColorFan)」。而以镀55％铝锌钢板为底材所产出之制品称为「彩色龙烤漆钢板 (ColorLume)」。

Base Metal Apart from hot-dip galvanized steel and Al-Zn coated steel, cold rolled steel, electro-galvanized steel, Al-coated steel, stainless steel and aluminum strip can also be coated in prepainting line. The galvanized base steel's product name is 'ColorZinc' , and 5% Al-Zn coated steel's product name is 'ColorFan' , and 55% AlZn coated steel's product name is 'ColorLume'.

三、涂膜

烤漆钢板之涂膜除可使用聚酯树脂 (PE)、硅质强化树脂(SMP)、氟碳树脂(PVDF)、 压克力树脂 (AC)、聚胺基甲 酸树脂 (PU)、聚氯乙烯可塑 溶胶涂料 (PVC)( 可再经压花成各种纹路 ) 及聚偏二氟乙烯树脂 (PVF2) 等涂料外，亦可生产高膜厚涂膜之高级烤漆产品与特殊性能之烤漆产品，如白板、绿板、消光艺术钢板、 抗静电烤漆钢板、耐候洁净烤漆钢板、抗菌钢板等。

Coating Film Polyester (PE), Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP), Fluorocarbon (PVDF), Acrylic (AC), Polyurethane (PU), PVC Plastisol (it can be embossed to versatile texture) and PVF2 paints can be applied to the steel strip. In addition, a high-built paint fi lm and for special function coating, e.g. white board/green board color sheet, Rough Matt/ Neo Matt polyester color sheet, anti-electrostatic color sheet, high performance clean color sheet and anti-microbial color sheet can also be produced.
