烨辉镀锌、镀铝锌产品的特色
1、高耐候性
底材(原板)因有镀层(锌、5％铝锌或55％铝锌)之覆盖及牺牲阳极之保护作用而延长了使用寿命。再加上铬酸或耐指纹 树脂涂覆处理，可提 供更佳之耐候性。
Excellent Weathering Resistance The coated layer (Zn‚ 5% Al-Zn or 55% Al-Zn) acts as a sacrifi cial anode, thus protecting the base steel from corrosion. The chromic acid or anti-fi ngerprint resin coated treatment adds additional protection to the strip against weathering.
2、附着性佳
藉由控制降低镀层中脆硬之锌铁合金层，镀层之附着性特佳，可用于扣锁成形 (Lock Forming)用途。
Good Adhesion The thickness of the brittle zinciron alloy layer at the interface of the steel base metal and the zinc layer is minimized, thereby improving the adhesion of the zinc coating. The strip can be used for lock forming applications.
3、涂装性良好
细化之锌花再经调质轧延所 得之超平滑表面镀制钢板，表面平滑均匀，适合于涂装用途。再者，合金化之镀锌钢板表面微观组织呈海棉针状，涂装之附着性亦非常优越。
Superb Paintability The minimized (zero) spangle and skinpassed surface is smooth and homogeneous, providing superb paintability. The galvannealing process produces a spongy surface structure which is ideal for paint adhesion
制品种类齐全
为东南亚产能最大之连续式热浸镀锌线，厚度0.15~4.5mm，宽度450~1550mm，除可供应正常锌花、微细锌花、超平滑表面等热浸镀锌产品外，亦可生产镀5%铝锌及镀55%铝锌钢板，种类多、尺寸全。
Availability The line, the one with the highest capacity in Southeast Asia, can produce strip with thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm to 4.5mm and widths ranging from 450mm to 1550mm. Available surface finishes include regular spangle and minimized (zero) spangle. The lines can also produce PhuizerFan and PhuizerLume coated steels
